Why this workshop

What every expecting couple should take.

Real, hands-on skills to nurture your baby, connect as partners, and support each other into parenthood.

We bring together clinical lactation expertise and evidence-based bodywork to give you and your partner practical tools, physical relief, and confidence for a smooth transition into parenthood — taught, together, by two specialists in one room.

15

Years of clinical IBCLC experience, supporting over 3,000 mothers through breastfeeding.

10

Years spent training nurses, midwives, and doulas in nurturing, therapeutic touch.

6h

Of hands-on, personalised guidance — not a lecture. You'll practise everything you learn.

What you'll learn

Two specialists, one shared curriculum

The day moves between the lactation room and the bodywork mat — mind and body, prepared together.

Part 1

The Lactation & Mindset Foundation

The inner landscape of breastfeeding

Release perfectionism, recognise stress triggers, practise a quick reset protocol, master co-regulation, and build your postpartum support team before birth.

The science of milk production

Demystify the 3 stages of milk production, what happens when milk “comes in”, the key hormonal reflexes, and how supply regulates itself.

Approaches & hands-on practice

Ergonomic positioning, a deep pain-free latch, changing milk requirements, plus hands-on practice with manual expression and pumping.

Navigating challenges with confidence

Spot common early bumps before they turn into crisis moments, and know exactly where to find the right professional help.

Part 2

Nurturing Touch & Physical Adaptations

Pregnancy relaxation & postural care

Postural adjustments, tension-release techniques, and mindful relaxation practices to support your changing body through every trimester.

Partner care & prenatal bonding

Guided touch practices that invite partners to actively support one another, easing into a shared rhythm of presence with baby before birth.

Self-massage techniques

Guided practice for functional breast massage, perineal preparation, and safe C-section recovery massage.

The power of touch

Harness nurturing touch to soothe mother and baby, deepen bonding, and lower stress hormones.
