How To Order
Option 1: Online Shopping (Preferred)
The most convenient way for you to place your order, and to facilitate prompt processing and delivery. If you have special requests for us to take note of, please include them in the "Comment Box" as you go through our Shopping Cart.
Option 2: Email
You can place order directly via email by providing us the following details:
- Full name
- Contact number
- Delivery address
- Product(s), stating the quantity, size, colour or design where applicable
- Preferred mode of delivery
- Payment method
Option 3: Mobile Phone
You may also contact us at 81575780 Valerie or 98004598 Juliet to place your order. If we miss your call, please inform us via sms and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and sent out through the courier service.

Payment Methods
Option 1: Direct Bank Credit (Preferred)
For local orders, you may make payment directly to POSB Savings 010738318 or UOB Current 3243021918 via Internet / ATM transfer or cash deposit at bank counters. Please email to

or sms us at 98004598 the name of bank and transaction reference number once you have done the transfer.
Option 2: Cash or Cheque
Only applicable for self collection or local courier delivery. We would appreciate if you could prepare the exact cash. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to Mumsfairy Pte Ltd ("bearer" crossed out).
Option 3: Credit Cards via PayPal
We accept only VISA and MasterCard. PayPal uses state of art security tools and techniques to ensure that all your credit card information entered is safe, secure and private. Transactions are made in SGD.

Delivery Options
Option 1: Local - Self Collection
You may pick up your items from Blk 101 Gangsa Road #12-03 Singapore 670101 (Bukit Panjang area) or Blk 410 Bukit Batok West Ave 4 #02-158 Singapore 650410. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you to make arrangement for a convenient timing. No delivery fee is incurred.
Option 2: Local - Normal/Registered Mail
Upon check-out, the system will auto-tabulate postage cost (based on volumetric weight and handling fee, with additional $2.25 for registered mail) and reflect it in the invoice. Upon receipt of payment, package will be posted out within 3 working days. Registered mail is highly recommended as Mumsfairy Pte Ltd is not liable for lost/damaged parcels.
Option 3: Local - Courier Delivery
Delivery is available island-wide at S$8 per trip. Package will be sent right to your door-step by the next working day usually between 2-6pm. The courier in-charge will contact you in advance. Free delivery for purchases above S$150. Do ensure that you are around to receive the package. You may also authorize another person to acknowledge receipt on your behalf. Please note that extra trips required for exchanges or failed deliveries will be chargeable at S$8 per trip.
Option 4: International Shipping
For package up to 20kg, we are able to send via registered airmail. Upon check-out, the system will auto-tabulate shipping cost (based on volumetric weight, your country and a nominal handling fee) and reflect it in the invoice. You can expect your parcel within 4-21 working days depending on the country.
Click here for transit time. As soon as we ship your order, we will email you the Registered Article Tracking Number which allows you to track your order via the Internet at www.singpost.com.sg. Please note that we do not allow overseas shipping of breast-pumps. Any tax/custom duty incurred will have to be borne by customer.
